Fitting
The R35 needs an initial set-up on purchase. From then on you just need to zip in and out. To set-up, please follow the fitting instructions below:
1 - back off all 4 x alloy buckles. Lift & pull nylon-cord to release the friction in the buckles.
2 - Put on pack and zip up chest harness.
3 - Hold the chest harness in the desired position and then tighten the lower hip-wing alloy buckles until the wings grip on your torso.
4 - Adjust top alloy buckles if necessary. The top harness straps should not be tight, just a close fit.
5 - R35 pack is now ready... just zip in and out. If necessary adjust the lower 2 alloy buckles as the load changes.
US-5
Add 5-litre capacity by adding a US-5 drypack (see US-5 link below).
Fitting instructions: Thread the 2 x US-5 fitting straps through the square rings on the front of the R35
US-10
Increase your carrying capacity by 10-litres by adding a US-10 dry pack (100% waterproof main body). Water-resistant zip pocket and mesh pocket on underside. 10-year guarantee.
