How does it work?
FabRocŪ is a lightweight polymer that produces FIR (far infrared) heat energy when a low voltage is passed through it. This is what keeps you warm when wearing our products.
FabRocŪ can be powered by either rechargeable batteries, a mains power adaptor, or from the accessory socket of a car or motorcycle.
You can choose the level of heat supplied with the controls on our lightweight battery packs, and the product will warm throughout the FabRocŪ panels, with no hot spots.

FabRocŪ has undergone extensive independent testing to identify its FIR range. The results of this testing show that where 1 is ideal and 0 represents zero emissions, the emission rates for FabRocŪ within the key FIR wavelength band of 4 to 18 microns average between 0.862 and 0.875, which is in the highly effective range. Is it safe?
Yes, completely! FabRocŪ is intrinsically safe through being chemically inert. FabRocŪ has an inbuilt safety cut-off and is self-regulating which means it cannot overheat or produce hotspots and therefore will not burn. It exhibits a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) which means there is no need for thermostats or fuses.
